Caching in the Rain

Today it was raining cats and dogs, but yeah since we are getting really addicted to geocaching we went out anyhow. The dogs need there exercise anyhow so why not combine this.
The first cache this afternoon (GCQAYK - Hole 19) was one in a nature reserve where wild sheep, and cows are grazing. It was a very beautiful surrounding where we for sure will come back when it is dry weather.

We only spotted the sheep that were hiding under the trees laughing at us walking around in the rain.
This picture is made just before we enter the area with the wild animals.

At the end of the walk we discovered the cache, we logged at 15:00.

And here the boys are watching me investigate the inside of the box.

When we drove home we went for the second cache for this afternoon (GCKKXA -Kruimeltje).
It was a short 2.5 km walk in an area we never visited before, strange because it is in our hometown.
Halfway there was a wooden watch tower...

...that we used to hide from the rain while we were calculating the coordinates of the cache location.

And again we were able to discover the box at the end.

We logged it at 16:00 and we discovered a Travel Bug inside the box, which makes our total 14 caches found and 7 trackable items.
